Q1. How do I apply for a role in SAP Landscapes?
Browse through the different sections of our website and once you have found a job that you would like to apply for, click on the “Apply” button. You will be required to answer a few short questions and upload your CV.
Q2. What happens to my CV?
Your CV and short application is then automatically sent through to our HR Department. The HR Department will review the CV’s along with the hiring manager. If you are successful through to interview stage, the HR Department will contact you.
Q3. What should I bring to an interview?
You should bring a copy of your CV and also any qualifications that are necessary for the role e.g. Safe Pass, construction tickets / licences etc.
Q4. How should I dress?
You should always dress in business attire for an interview unless otherwise specified. If SAP Landscapes require you to do a training / practical day, they will inform you to wear appropriate attire.
Q5. What kind of questions will I be asked?
At interview stage the HR Department along with the hiring manager will be assessing your experience, your knowledge and your skills. They will also be delving into your motivation for the role and why you want to work for Ireland’s largest landscaping company.
Q6. Do I attend an induction if I’m successful ?
Once you are successful and have accepted a position within SAP Landscapes, you will attend an induction day with our Health & Safety Department. Health & Safety is a top priority here at SAP Landscapes and we pride ourselves on ensuring new and existing employees are kept abreast with H&S requirements and responsibilities.
Q7. How do payroll get my bank details so I can get paid?
Once you have started in the role, the HR Department will issue you a starter pack. In this starter pack, you will receive 2 copies of your contact of employment (one for you to keep safe), a non-disclosure agreement (supplied to each new employee) and a starter form. You need to fill out this starter from immediately and return to the payroll Department along with a copy of your passport / driving licence in order to be set up on our Payroll System.
Q8. Do I need ID?
Yes, you need proof of identity to be set up on our Payroll System. Please note without this we are not in a position to set you up on our Payroll System.
